Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include: Assists and follows directions from Resident Manager, Assistant Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager. Maintains marketing, advertising and available notifications of properties. Use of sales skills and techniques to lease apartments by being knowledgeable about market conditions, competition and amenities on the property and in the surrounding area. Prepares and keeps a monthly market survey of comps in the surrounding area. Responds to inquiries, shows homes and apartments. Processes rental applications in accordance with company policy. Assists in rent collections. Leases properties, prepares paperwork, perform lease signing and move in inspections. Contacts utility companies to ensure transfer at move in. Assists with resident requests, posts notices and provides administrative support as requested. Preparing and hosting resident functions and activities Processes lease renewals Performs verbal and written communications to tenants as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Senior Portfolio Manager.
