About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at Spring Villas in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, tax credit compliance, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong marketing skills, and familiarity with OneSite software. Being bilingual is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in leasing and knowledge of tax credit housing programs.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents by providing information about available units and community amenities.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate leasing terms and tax credit requirements.
• Perform knock campaigns and outreach to generate leads and increase occupancy.
• Utilize OneSite software to manage leasing activities, applications, and resident information.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and tax credit regulations.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the community and attract qualified applicants.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
