Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of leasing experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or the ability to learn quickly
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset
• Valid driver's license required
• Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

• Section 42 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Touring apartment homes and showcasing community amenities
• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process from start to finish
• Preparing move-in paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Building rapport with residents and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting with resident retention and community marketing efforts
• Maintaining accurate leasing and applicant records
