About The Position

Vineyard Estates is looking for an experienced, hands-on Leasing Agent ready to make an impact from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the front lines of leasing, takes pride in excellent customer service, and understands the importance of organization, compliance, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using property management systems such as Yardi and EliseAI
• Flexible availability including weekends

Nice To Haves

• Affordable housing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork accurately
• Support resident retention and lease renewals
• Maintain organized leasing files and documentation
• Monitor curb appeal, model units, and office presentation
• Work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations
• Manage EliseAI
