Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday requirements
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent service
Nice To Haves
- Apartment industry experience preferred, but not required
- Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Tour apartments and community amenities with prospective residents
- Assist with application processing and resident move-in documentation
- Submit and track work orders
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Build strong relationships while helping maintain high occupancy levels
