About The Position

We’re consistently ranked among the nation’s Top 50 Affordable Housing Owners by Affordable Housing Finance. Buffington Tower is a 109 unit affordable elderly property in Little Rock, AR. Woodbend Apartments is a 104 unit affordable family property in Maumelle, AR. As the front-of-house face of our communities, this position is responsible for the intake and processing of rental applications and leasing apartments while maintaining strong customer service and satisfaction for current and potential residents.
Requirements
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office and other computer software.
- Willingness to travel between The Woodbend Apartments and Buffington Towers locations.
- Valid Driver's License Required
Nice To Haves
- Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service/sales is preferred.
- A person with a passion or interest in giving back to the community in which he/she lives.
- Previous experience in an office setting using Microsoft Office products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Splitting time between our Woodbend Apartments and Buffington Towers locations.
- Intake and processing of rental applications and leasing apartments.
- Maintaining strong customer service and satisfaction for current and potential residents.
- Rent collections.
- Resident interaction.
- Posting notices.
- Showing vacant units.
