About The Position
Position Overview: We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a vibrant 350-unit community in Ft. Worth TX . The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of ResMan and Knock is a plus.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ResMan or similar property management software is a plus
- Familiarity with Knock leasing software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents
- Assist with lease applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the leasing system
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion
- Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective tenants
- Conduct lease renewals and help ensure resident satisfaction
