Requirements
- At least one year of apartment industry experience
- Strong sales, customer service, or hospitality skills
- Confident communication, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
Nice To Haves
- Section 42 Tax Credit experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Tour the property and showcase apartments to prospective residents
- Assist with application processing and prepare move-in documentation
- Submit and follow up on work orders
- Deliver outstanding service to both current and prospective residents
