About The Position

This internship provides an opportunity to begin a career in the fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment of commercial real estate. The intern supports leasing brokerage activities through special projects that assist quality decision-making by clients and the brokerage team. The role offers broad exposure to commercial real estate, including sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both the Occupier and Landlord sides of the business.

The internship is onsite in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. The role does not provide relocation assistance or housing, and visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

• Permanent U.S. work authorization; the position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career as a commissioned broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers’ business development efforts by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist in preparing offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents, including leases and operating expense statements, for clients.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers during transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL brokerage software and CRM programs as a technology champion.
