About The Position

We are currently seeking a fulltime Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Leasing Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Leasing Manager for an apartment community conveniently located in Seffner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, detail-oriented and dependable team player. Leasing experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with affordable programs required.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents).
