About The Position
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Leased Housing Specialist. This person will perform transfers, holds, deceased reports and annual/interim/change of unit certification functions for participants. This person will also be issuing vouchers and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Three years related office experience.
- Working knowledge of local, state and federal housing standards and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.
- Ability to properly handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Personal auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Perform transfers, holds, deceased reports and annual/interim/change of unit certification functions for participants.
- Issue vouchers.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
