As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property. This role involves ensuring compliance within the maintenance team, improving processes and workflow efficiencies, and troubleshooting to implement cost-saving techniques. You will also lead in the management, training, and retention of employees, review and allocate work orders, maintain budgets, and facilitate property maintenance issues including scheduling, vendor negotiations, and property inspections. Additionally, you will review turns and make-ready schedules and delegate work accordingly.
