About The Position

Call Center Representatives, also known as Lease Processing Agents, provide outstanding customer service to our Merchants and Customers through phone, email, and chat. Agents review and verify applications and other documents. Agents also provide support to the customer and retailers during the lease funding process.

Requirements

  • Experience Preferred: 1 year of call center or office experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Bilingual candidates, fluent in both English & Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and apply what is learned
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer and technical skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Team cooperation and coordination to reach department goals

Responsibilities

  • Review applications to confirm customer information
  • Verify submitted documents
  • Retailer and customer support through phone, email and chat (80% of the support provided is through the phone)
  • Verify customer’s bank and employment information
  • Work one-on-one with a coach for career development
