About The Position
Island Operating is actively seeking experienced Lease Operators to join our team supporting oil and gas operations in West Texas and New Mexico.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of production operating experience
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining production equipment
- Safely work in H₂S environments
- Maintaining effective communication with operations personnel
