About The Position

The Lease Operator II is responsible for safe and efficient daily operations of our natural gas system. This is a mid-level position which will require the ability to perform duties independently or with assistance as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of oilfield experience
• Must be able to perform simple daily tasks with hand tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• A steady work history and strong work-ethic
• Goal driven/forward thinking
• Ability to learn and retain task knowledge

Responsibilities

• Travel to each location to gather, record, and report all relevant information (i.e., gauges, levels, fluids, pressures, production, etc., in an accurate and consistent manner).
• Inspect locations for any leaks, spills, and recognize any potential issues.
• Contact immediate supervisor with any relevant issues, or significant production loss in a timely manner.
• Record and process all paperwork, inspections, timecards, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Identify and diagnose any problems on location and repair without supervision.
• Maintain and increase production through good, daily operations by properly utilizing the tools and equipment available.
• Perform all other duties required for which the employee is qualified and trained.
