Some of What You'll Do: Contact Galpin's customers from CRM to set up appointments to review lease end options/retail renewal options. (Call, email, text) Review lease end options with customers with an end goal of getting them into a new vehicle Process trade-in paperwork for sales personnel Purchase vehicles from customers on behalf of Galpin Contact banks on behalf of Galpin and customers for payoff requests, extensions, and waivers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability between 8am and 8pm (Must be able to work weekends + Holidays)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have or be eligible to acquire an Occupational Sales License
