About The Position

This role involves working directly with the Real Property Officer to review leases and agreements, ensuring consistency, adequate details, accurate dates and costing, and planning for future requirements. The analyst will engage with BMT for financial tracking of leasing costs, assist FAC Master Planning and Space Planning with developing courses of action and studies for emerging mission needs, and develop processes for tracking and managing lease and agreement data. Collaboration with the ARCHIBUS team for automation and system solutions, and with the Program Management Team (PMT) for auditability and financial planning, are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience with no degree
  • Knowledge and understanding/experience with government lease and agreements
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • FACTS and/or CMS Experience (Financial Accounting Systems)

Nice To Haves

  • ARCHIBUS 23.2, 25.3, or newer experience
  • Process Improvement knowledge/expertise and documentation experience
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Real Property Officer to review leases and agreements for consistency, adequate details, accurate dates and costing, and planning for future requirements.
  • Engage with BMT to ensure proper financial tracking of all costs related to leasing a facility/entering into an agreement with an installation for a facility or space.
  • Aid FAC Master Planning and Space Planning with developing COAs and studies to respond to emerging mission needs.
  • Develop processes for tracking, managing, and keep data on leases and agreements current.
  • Partner with the ARCHIBUS team to implement automation and system solutions to manage the tracking of funds and lease/agreement information.
  • Work with the Program Management Team (PMT) to maintain auditability and relay critical information for planning and programming of sustainment and restoration monies.
