About The Position

As Lease Administration Manager, you will build and own the lease administration function that supports Zipline's rapidly expanding infrastructure portfolio across the United States. You will serve as the operational backbone of our real estate organization, ensuring every lease obligation, critical date, notice requirement, payment, amendment, and renewal is accurately tracked and executed. This is the first dedicated lease administration hire on the team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, building systems from the ground up, and developing scalable processes that enable a high-growth deployment organization. You will be responsible for establishing portfolio management best practices, owning our lease administration software (Occupier), and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks as we scale. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to proactively identify risks before they become problems. You should be comfortable reading and interpreting commercial lease agreements, translating legal language into actionable business requirements, and coordinating across Site Acquisition, Legal, Development, Finance, and Operations teams. This role sits at the intersection of real estate, operations, legal, and finance. You will help ensure our sites transition seamlessly from signed lease through due diligence, construction, launch, operations, and eventual renewal or termination.
