About The Position

This is a 1-year contract position.

Requirements

DEC or similar in Accounting or related field
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong Accounting skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills in English and French
Excellent customer service skills
Team-oriented, proactive and positive
Adapts easily to new systems.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Space and MRI software an asset.

Responsibilities

Analyze and summarize key lease information (operational, legal, and financial).
Administer leases and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Coordinate lease executions, deposits, certificates, and tenant communications.
Manage rent billing, accounts receivable, and special service invoicing.
Prepare rent, operating cost (CAM), tax, CPI, and BOMA area adjustments.
Perform year-end reconciliations and support financial reporting.
Maintain property files, correspondence, and critical date reporting.
Compile information for brokers, appraisers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Track and maintain energy performance data (e.g., ENERGY STAR, Measurabl).
Perform other related duties as required.
