The Learning and Tech Content Specialist supports Badger’s learning and development efforts through the administration of learning systems, development and maintenance of training content, and coordination of logistics for learning and organizational activities. The position serves as a key operational partner in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), publishing and updating digital learning content, tracking participation and completion data, and coordinating logistics for workshops, meetings, and other Organizational Development activities. This role combines technical administration, content support, and strong organizational skills to improve the learner’s experience and support business priorities. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
