About The Position
At NorthBay Healthcare, the Learning Support Specialist is a member of the HR Learning and Leadership Development Team. This role provides systems and administrative support to the organization’s training and competency processes. The specialist collaborates with subject matter experts to produce, deliver, and evaluate orientation and training. They assist with research, implementation, tracking, reporting, and analysis of workforce training and competency processes. The role employs process improvement tactics and provides learning resources to employees to improve business outcomes, while promoting high learner satisfaction with services provided.
Requirements

- Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1–5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role.
