About The Position
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. The Learning Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to support student success. This role involves collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to create an effective learning environment. The Learning Strategist will also be involved in assessing student needs and providing targeted interventions.
Requirements
- Valid Nevada Teaching License
- Endorsement in Reading or Reading Specialist
- Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of various learning strategies and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in educational technology.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Education, Reading, or a related field.
- Experience as a Reading Specialist or Literacy Coach.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities
