This role requires a strong understanding of relevant laws, experience in interpreting documentation, and the ability to teach reading and writing skills while developing alternative learning strategies. The specialist will also work with students with various disabilities and foster diversity and inclusivity. Strong organizational and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
