About The Position

The Learning Specialist supports the design, development, and delivery of learning materials that help employees understand and perform operational processes effectively. This role focuses on assisting with instructional design activities and clearly communicating operational procedures through training materials and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of experience in training, learning support, instructional content development, or a related role.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and concisely.
Basic proficiency in learning or content development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, or similar).
Ability to learn new processes quickly and apply feedback constructively.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and updates of learning materials such as job aids, guides, presentations, e-learning modules, and training documentation.
Apply basic instructional design principles and adult learning concepts with guidance from senior team members.
Help document operational processes, procedures, and workflows in a clear and structured format.
Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Translate process updates into learner-facing content with support from learning and operations leaders
Ensure learning materials align with current operational practices and terminology.
Upload and maintain training materials within the learning management system (LMS) or shared repositories.
Assist with reporting on training completion, participation, and basic feedback metrics
