About The Position

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our team with the skills they need to excel using our essential tools and applications. You’ll deliver engaging training sessions and design comprehensive learning materials catering to a diverse group of learners. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems and has a deep passion for teaching and instructional design.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong preference for those focusing on technology and digital tools.
A team player who works well with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that training aligns with our organizational goals.
Proven ability to design and deliver content that meets the diverse needs of learners, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand and engaging.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while consistently maintaining a high standard of quality.
As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a brief training session on a selected topic.

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions that empower our teammates to confidently navigate and utilize the technology and tools vital to their success.
Create and continually improve instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids, to enhance the learning experience and accommodate various learning styles.
Implement various instructional strategies to ensure active participation and understanding, adapting as necessary to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, using this data to make ongoing improvements that drive better outcomes.
Keep up with the latest training and instructional design trends, incorporating innovative methods and tools to keep our programs fresh and engaging.
