Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
  • At least 2 years progressive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs.
  • Requires excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate existing classes—both in-person and virtual—that support business objectives and team goals; conduct follow-up to evaluate learning application and impact
  • Edit and update existing course deliverables to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation media, job aides, and on-the-job development accelerators
  • Partners with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions to enhance performance
  • Develop and deploy course communications, including advertisements, program session invitations, pre and post work messaging and others assigned
  • Track and monitor completions/course attendance within Workday Learning
  • Contribute to the organization and curation of existing content into learning paths that align with the needs of disciplines, departments, and employees, offering input on structure, flow, and relevance
  • Collaborate in the design and development of new training programs and creative learning solutions to address capability gaps, contributing ideas, structure, and content while working closely with team members and stakeholders
  • Measures the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and make recommendations for future interventions
  • Support various talent programs including rotational programs and the intern program
  • Guide individual contributors to career development resources and tools
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of career services initiatives, in partnership with leadership
  • Draft communications to inform and engage the business in professional development and performance initiatives
  • Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned
