Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program launches, using our learning management system to set up eLearning courses and upload participants.
  • Provide technical support in facilitated virtual training sessions, including managing breakout rooms and taking attendance.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to create detailed reports for clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with Microsoft Suite to improve processes and ensure accuracy in reporting and data management.
