The Learning Services Programs Administrator is responsible for the operational administration, coordination, and scaling of the firm’s learning programs, including those delivered through the Learning Management System and Centers of Excellence. This role manages end-to-end program workflows such as intake, enrollment, cohort coordination, communications, tracking, and reporting. The role also provides a high standard of learner support, contributing to a smooth and well-coordinated learning experience.
