About The Position

Learning Administrator The Opportunity: Are you searching for a position where you can grow your organization and analytical skills to support a project from concept to completion? You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers and project analysts. Requirements

  • Experience with the preparation and maintenance of administrative records, office supplies or logistics requirements
  • Knowledge of Navy message traffic management including Naval terminology and communication procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with high ranking military clients with minimum guidance
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with learning administration or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with learning administration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients
  • Knowledge of Security Assistance Network web-based (SANweb) system
  • Knowledge of Navy Temporary Living Allowance (TLA) process
  • Ability to troubleshoot details to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
  • Certified Master Training Specialist Certification
