The Learning Partner role is part of the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations organization (SP&O). This role is an active contributor in achieving the outcomes for SP&O’s Learning, Development, and Change Readiness strategic pillar: adaptable and empowered R&D teams and team systems, building individual capabilities to enable performance and development, and successful implementation and adoption of R&D transformation. This role plays a pivotal role in collaborating with R&D and Learning teams to identify learning needs and implement effective training solutions that drive organizational success. The Learning Partner will serve as the primary liaison with R&D clients, ensuring that learning initiatives align with organizational goals.
