About The Position

Contribute to the development of personnel and the enhancement of organizational culture to drive impact and help the company achieve its goals. Facilitate and deliver employee education programs, including workshops and classroom sessions. Assist the L&OD Director in managing key talent management process. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers. Obtain, plan or develop training procedure manuals or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. Facilitate training programs including but not limited to new hire onboarding, leadership, performance management, and soft skills. Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions. Provide training and staff development programs with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Schedule classes based on the availability of classrooms and/or equipment. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Keep up with developments in areas of expertise by reading relevant materials and staying informed about new training trends and technologies. Attend meetings or seminars to obtain the latest information for use in training programs. Engage in close communication with HQ Korea to ensure the alignment of the America region's L&OD strategy and programs with the directives established by HQ. Prepare ad-hoc and routine reports in both English and Korean. Translate work-related materials from Korea HQ into English if deemed necessary. Provide support in hosting organizational culture events, including but not limited to Annual Awards, team building events as well as town hall meetings. Perform other L&OD­related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in training development, delivery, and evaluation
  • 5 years of experience in learning and organizational development
  • 5 years of experience in talent management practices
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating training programs
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in Korean.
