About The Position

Joby’s Learning and Development team is seeking a three-month contractor to build the operational foundation for its learning programs. The role organizes learning content, establishes systems for vendor management and learning requests, and coordinates logistics for the 2027 leadership program. It also identifies opportunities to automate administrative work. This hands-on position combines process design with day-to-day coordination and works with teams and leaders across the business. The scope is ambiguous and will be prioritized with the contractor during the first weeks. The specialist will audit and refresh learning content across platforms, recommend a structure that helps employees and leaders find relevant resources, and perform content creation and SharePoint design work. The role will establish vendor-management processes and supporting administration, coordinate learning events and leadership-program logistics, create a centralized intake system for learning requests, and promote Joby Learning content through digital and physical channels.
