Responsible for partnering with Directors and Human Resource Managers to build the company’s bench of human capital by providing strategic and direct leadership in the areas of training, design and the development of employees. This role will oversee the implementation of required changes and enhancements to existing learning/training programs and team structures and be accountable for the ongoing development of the Learning Operations Managers and the execution of Learning and Development programs. Provide thought leadership to Directors and HR Managers from both a coaching and completion culture that ensues learning/training solutions that fit within the flow of work, engage employees, and improve operational outcomes.
