Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in LMS architecture, enterprise administration, or learning systems engineering.
  • Proven track record of technically configuring and scaling Docebo in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on technical experience with at least one other major enterprise LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, Canvas).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth), and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cMI5).
  • Ability to build automated governance models and translate complex business requirements into system architecture.

Nice To Haves

  • Official Docebo certifications.
  • Direct experience executing LMS migrations (to or from Docebo).
  • Experience with Extended Enterprise (multi-tenant, customer/partner-facing portals).
  • Data/analytics skills (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

  • Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo (including Extended Enterprise, Automations, and Learning Plans).
  • Enforce governance, domain structures, and user permissions.
  • Connect Docebo with core systems (HRIS, Salesforce, SSO/Identity Providers) using APIs and webhooks.
  • Use experience from other LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.) to guide ecosystem improvements.
  • Build automated workflows for onboarding, audience rules, and compliance tracking.
  • Design dashboards to report on learning metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure content compliance with modern standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI) and act as the top-tier escalation point for complex integration or API issues.
  • Collaborate with L&D leaders and IT to translate business needs into technical execution and manage the vendor relationship with Docebo.
