If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic clinical team as our Learning Lab Coordinator! You’ll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate the waters of high school completion, college courses, and vocational skills—all while having a blast!

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Knowledge to support students in high school and basic college level reading and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with high school and/or college students as tutor or mentor preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic support to clients at the high school and college levels.
Help clients conquer the application/enrollment process and tackle tricky content with confidence.
Offer personalized guidance in job searches, resume writing, and aptitude testing.
Help clients discover their dream careers and the skills they need to get there.
Assist clients with navigating FAFSA, scholarships, and grants.
Get clients ready for standardized tests like the SAT/ACT, GED, GRE, and more.
Support clients with various learning differences, including dyslexia and ADHD.
Use creativity to develop strategies that work for every unique learner.
Oversee and manage Learning Lab hours and create a fun, engaging environment where learning thrives.
Work closely with other Learning Lab Coordinators and the clinical team to schedule activities, facilitate curriculum, and plan exciting events that make learning fun.
Keep the lines of communication open with the clinical team about client progress, attendance, and any areas where they might need a little extra support.
Family engagement may be part of the adventure too.
