Baylor University, a preeminent Christian research university, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer for a temporary, remote position. This role is an active member of the Library and Academic Technology Services (LATS) Learning Design Team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Learning Design. The designer will collaborate closely with faculty and stakeholders to create high-quality, innovative courses supporting multimodal learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in applying learning theory, design models, and best practices to develop engaging online learning experiences. This role requires managing multiple projects concurrently, effectively handling scope, quality, and timelines, and adhering to OLC OSCQR quality standards. Competency in organizing digital content using learner-centered design principles and utilizing pertinent technology tools to foster meaningful online connections is essential. The position is expected to end in November 2027. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
