The Learning Experience Designer II independently designs and develops engaging, scalable learning experiences that strengthen employee performance, operational performance, and patient care. You apply advanced instructional design, performance consulting, and project management skills to create scalable learning solutions that drive measurable results. You manage learning projects of broad scope and significant impact and complexity, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs), field leaders, and business partners to identify performance gaps, recommend learning strategies, and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals and measurable impact. This role represents a professional level of design maturity — blending creativity with strategic alignment — and serves as a mentor and resource to junior designers within the team. This role will report to the Director, Learning Experience Design. This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
