Learning Experience Coordinator- ERT

TaskUsNovi, MI
Onsite

About The Position

As our Learning Experience Coordinator, you are the engine under the hood of our training department. In the fast-paced world of autonomous vehicles, "good enough" isn't an option—precision is. You will serve as the primary architect for our LMS, ensuring that every training initiative is deployed seamlessly, tracked rigorously, and reported accurately. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a digital native who loves data integrity, process optimization, and supporting a world-class team of trainers from behind the scenes. This role is an onsite role, hiring in both Tempe, AZ or Novi, MI.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within L&D, HR, or Operations.
  • Proven experience managing Cornerstone is highly preferred.
  • Experience in tech, logistics, or a highly regulated field (AV, Aerospace, Medical) is a major plus.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups and pivot tables are your best friends).
  • Hands-on experience navigating Cornerstone OnDemand (or a similar enterprise-grade LMS).
  • An allergic reaction to data errors. In a regulated industry, you understand that a decimal point out of place matters.
  • Thrive in "modern and agile" environments. When priorities shift at the speed of tech, you keep your cool and re-prioritize your queue effectively.
  • Can explain complex data or technical issues clearly to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Primary Administrator for our LMS, managing user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments.
  • Troubleshoot technical hurdles for learners and ensure the digital learning environment is frictionless.
  • Audit the system regularly to ensure all training content is up-to-date and correctly mapped to specific roles.
  • Generate and analyze compliance reports to ensure 100% training completion for safety-critical roles.
  • Build automated dashboards and recurring reports for Training Managers and stakeholders to provide real-time visibility into the team’s readiness.
  • Maintain "audit-ready" digital records, ensuring we meet all TaskUs and client compliance standards at a moment's notice.
  • Coordinate the digital logistics for new hire classes, ensuring every teammate has the right access and learning paths assigned on Day 1.
  • Act as the "right hand" to the training team, offloading administrative burdens so they can focus on high-level facilitation.
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and propose "smarter, not harder" digital solutions to keep us agile.

  • Competitive industry salaries
