The Learning Engagement Coordinator is pivotal in supporting the successful development, coordination, and delivery of Executive Education programs and client engagements. Working closely with the Managing Director, Learning Engagement Managers, faculty, clients, participants, and external partners, this position combines program operations, participant engagement, and business development support to create exceptional learning experiences that drive client satisfaction and program growth. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics for open-enrollment, certificate, and custom programs; supporting participant recruitment and enrollment efforts; maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; and ensuring operational excellence throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The successful candidate will contribute to both the growth and execution of Executive Education offerings while helping deliver transformative learning experiences that exceed client expectations.
