Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods
  • Experience facilitating training and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually effective learning content
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with or ability to learn learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise strongly valued)
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is practical, relevant, and impactful.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify learning needs and translate them into effective, scalable development solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Administer learning platforms, vendor partnerships, and training systems—ensuring seamless delivery, access, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training outcomes, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine programs to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact.
  • Manage logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, and facilitation support to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
  • Contribute to key HR initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and building a strengths-based culture.
  • Develop internal communications, training calendars, and learning resources that increase awareness and participation across the firm.
  • Serve as a program manager or co-lead for firmwide events—helping align content, coordinate speakers, and deliver high-impact experiences.
