About The Position

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring for two Learning Specialist, Delivery positions (one on a permanent basis and one on a temporary term, up to 12 months). These roles are a great fit for a problem solver with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. The successful candidates will oversee content delivery for a diverse audience across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). These positions offer remote work with the expectation of travel for workshop facilitation. The successful candidates can be based across Western Canada.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in business or education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Experience in applying adult learning principles (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate impactful workshops, leadership programs, and learning initiatives that build capability and engagement across the CRS.
• Deliver training using diverse delivery methods including VILT & in-person offerings to learners at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and strong partnerships.
• Ensure learning content & delivery methods remain current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting the needs of the CRS.
