About The Position

The Part-Time Learning & Development Specialist provides onboarding, learner support, program coordination, and learning systems administration for Hill's U.S. workforce. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning & Development, this role coordinates weekly U.S. new hire orientation, manages the Learning & Development Request (LDR) process, supports Hill University administration and compliance reporting, and maintains digital learning resources in Articulate 360. The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and service-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accurate records and delivering a welcoming employee experience. This is a remote, part-time position for up to 20 hours per week. The schedule must support Monday orientation responsibilities and timely follow-up with U.S. employees and stakeholders. Additional hours will be coordinated based on business needs, workload, and approved priorities.
