The Program Manager – L&D will be responsible for building programs and processes to ensure effective communication and efficient execution, and for championing the development and deployment of best practices to improve program and business performance. By producing repeatable results across a growing business, this person will enable L&D to deliver on SHI’s long-term plan by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and people. This person reports to a Sr. Manager - L&D.
