Calix is seeking an L&OD Analytics Program Manager to support the execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of learning and onboarding programs across Learning & Organizational Development. This role is well‑suited for someone with 4+ years of relevant experience who brings strong execution skills, growing analytics capability, and comfort working within established frameworks under guidance from more senior team members. The role focuses on learning analytics execution, onboarding program delivery, and program operations, translating learning data into clear insights that inform program improvements and stakeholder decisions. This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
