SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Learning & Development Partner (HR Title= Talent Development Partner) to join our growing Human Resources department. This person is a critical part of the success of SWCA’s national Talent Development program and will support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development initiatives across the organization. The Learning & Development Partner will interact daily with HR partners, leaders, and employees to ensure effective delivery of development programs, from program coordination through participant experience and reporting. This person will need to be flexible in their ability to assist the overall HR group when needed – the role will require an individual who is adaptable, a creative problem solver, and able to anticipate their internal customers’ needs. The position will report to our Phoenix Corporate SWCA location; however, the work can be completed remotely from any location in the United States. This is a remote, full-time, regular (with benefits), and salaried position. Please submit a cover letter to be considered for this role.
