About The Position

All Surfaces is looking for a Learning & Development Intern for the Summer of 2026. This is a full-time or part-time position with normal office hours between Monday-Friday, and a hybrid work schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate current programming (orientation, warehouse, product knowledge, safety, etc.) and provide suggestions for enhancements Design and develop e-learning courses for various roles (ex. customer service, flooring product knowledge, sales) Manage administrative tasks within our Learning Management System Ideate solutions to engage employee base in learning opportunities (ex. company communications, incentives, etc.) Prep reports of learning completions and make plans based on results of reporting Support HR department with various projects such as recruiting and community service efforts

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate is working toward a Bachelors or Associates degree in Human Resource Management or Business, knowledge and understanding of human resources and business administration.
  • Basic in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude for learning new software programs and other applicable technology.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Display excellent written and strong oral communication skills
  • Adapt to change easily and participate in a group/team environment

Nice To Haves

  • An interest in learning & development and/or adult learning
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Basic design skills relating to presentation layout
  • Attention to detail
