Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business or other related.
  • Curiosity about training, learning design, and adult learning.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Attention to detail and interest in data or analytics.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Adult Learning Methodology and the ADDIE model.
  • Assisting with needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation activities.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and reporting.
  • Using AI and automation tools for training content and processes.
  • Supporting LMS and SharePoint administration tasks.
  • Assisting with data reporting using Power BI.
  • Helping with project coordination and communication tasks.
