Assisting with needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation activities. Supporting employee engagement initiatives and reporting. Using AI and automation tools for training content and processes. Supporting LMS and SharePoint administration tasks. Assisting with data reporting using Power BI. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business or other related.
• Curiosity about training, learning design, and adult learning.
