About The Position

The Learning & Development Business Partner identifies development needs and implements strategies for employee development that align with business objectives. Responsibilities include designing, delivering, and monitoring programs for leadership development, early career training, general management, commercial competencies, and role-specific skill development. The goal is to build capabilities and expand the talent pipeline, nurturing talent from entry-level positions to leadership roles across various business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, human resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning, or enablement
  • Excellent consulting, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with data-driven learning evaluation and reporting.
  • Creativity and Problem Solving: Qualitative reasoning and ideation.
  • Technology Literacy: Ability to select, use, and operate the right technical tools necessary for tasks-understanding of Generative AI and its use cases.
  • Agile Project Management: Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and the capacity to lead a team in identifying, selecting, and implementing necessary changes.
  • Design and User Experience: Ability to develop and deliver effective designs while considering users' perceptions, functionality, usability, and aesthetics.
  • Resilience, Flexibility, and Agility: Maturity and poise under pressure, along with the ability to cope with fast-paced, constructive feedback, and setbacks.
  • Empathy and Active Listening: Engaging with others respectfully and understanding their perspectives.
  • Curiosity and Lifelong Learning: Recognizing the implications of new information for current and future problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and implement a comprehensive learning & enablement strategy to support front-end business unit objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics to identify gaps and define appropriate enablement programs.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in current trends, tools, programs, and technologies related to learning & enablement.
  • Create learning experiences and solutions that enhance skills, knowledge, and attitudes for multiple audiences.
  • Navigate and perform effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Foster strong collaboration skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exhibit excellent consulting and influencing abilities at the senior level.
  • Create engaging media content for training, including presentations, videos, and video editing.
  • Demonstrate a global and enterprise mindset.
