Requirements

Proven L&D experience (training, instructional design, or content subject matter expert) with a solid foundation in the principles of adult learning and development.
Strong curiosity and demonstrated experience with AI tools like JLL GPT and Claude.
Proficiency in leveraging technology for efficiency, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia, Ingenious, MS Products, and various LMS systems.
A genuine investment in the growth and development of others and a commitment to helping our people thrive.

Nice To Haves

Experience with learning design tools like Adobe or Pendo is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Liaise directly with business leaders to conduct needs analyses, identifying skill gaps and future capability requirements to design and implement learning strategies that align with our business priorities.
Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions, including writing engaging content and leveraging AI thoughtfully to create personalized and impactful learning experiences.
Harness technology for speed and efficiency, using AI partners like JLL GPT and Claude to innovate and accelerate content creation and program management.
Take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from organization and promotion to best-in-class facilitation and measurement.
Embody a curious and future-ready mindset, constantly learning and growing to ensure our L&D initiatives are at the cutting edge of the industry.
Utilize strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
